Pony Power!
Our Heuningbos Rescue Ponies are doing very well, after we had a little ill pony last week, we are back to business. The boys are interacting daily with the ponies and also help with the daily chores of water and food. Thank you to some of our generous parents that have contributed to the food of these four animals.
As some of you may know, we at Heuningbos hostel are acting as a safe haven for the animals. We are working closely with the Swellendam SPCA, the inspector will also come and work with the boys in regards to horse behaviour and care.

USA Trail Less Traveled visits Olyfkrans
We were fortunate enough to be visited by Mandela van Eeden, born in the USA, family roots in SA, and childhood memories in the bush. Well traveled and adventurous, Mandela is a bottomless source of energy and inspiration.
